As Head Chef, I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to all our members, guests, and visitors.
Here in my blog, I will be sharing regular updates on life in the Hickory restaurant, highlighting key developments behind the scenes, and posting about subjects close to my heart, such as our menu updates, top tips when cooking, and generally fostering a strong sense of community across all our activities.
